The EUSOBI Mammography & Beyond Course with a Special Focus on AI aims to give a thorough theoretical and practical (case-based workshops) overview of different Mammography (MG) based techniques like tomosynthesis, contrast enhanced MG, synthetic MG and image guided interventions. This course version puts the spotlights on use of AI along breast imaging in general. Beside fundamental technical considerations, results of different ongoing clinical trials will be presented and training on different MG based techniques will be provided with case-based examples. Theoretical lectures will be enhanced by hands-on workshops on systems provided by different vendors. The course has a limited number of participants in order to ensure that everyone has the possibility to work with different MG based techniques.

Lernziele:
Im Grundkurs Gefäßultraschall steht das Vermitteln der theoretischen Grundlagen, der praktischen Fertigkeiten und das Erkennen des Normalbefundes im Mittelpunkt.
Pathologische Befunde werden im theoretischen Teil veranschaulicht.
Standardisierte Durchführung des Gefäßultraschalles, Indikationen der Untersuchungen, Geräteeinstellungen, Dokumentation und Befunderstellung zu erlernen.
Praktische Übungen mit ausgiebig Zeit zum Üben in der Kleingruppe mit qualifizierten Tutoren (5 Teilnehmer pro Gerät und Tutor)
Der Ultraschallkurs entspricht den ÖGUM Richtlinien und kann für Zertifizierungen bei ÖGUM und Ärztekammer eingereicht werden.
Der Kurs ist mit 20 DFP-Punkten akkreditiert.
